If you earn more than $600 in referral incentives in a calendar year, DeviceSolutions can generate a 1099-NEC in accordance with IRS regulations. Fuel cards are supplied within 30 days of confirmed onboarding completion. You will receive a redemption email from our team. If you haven't gotten anything after 30 days, please contact solutions@devicesolutions.ai with your referral's company name and we'll track it down.
Active DeviceSolutions customers in good standing are eligible to participate in the DeviceSolutions.ai Fleet Refer Program ("Program"). The following conditions must be met in order to participate.
Eligibility. Referrers must maintain an active DeviceSolutions account at the time of referral submission and at the time of reward issuance. Employees of DeviceSolutions are ineligible. This Program does not accept referrals to government entities or educational institutions (K–12 and higher education).
Referral qualification. The following conditions must be met for a successful referral: (1) the referred business must be a new DeviceSolutions customer with no prior account or sales engagement at the time of the referral; (2) the referred party must sign up using a valid referral link within 60 days of the link issuance; (3) the referred party must complete onboarding within 90 days of the initial sign-up; and (4) the referred account must be in good standing at the time of bonus issuance.
Rewards. A $100 fuel card is awarded to both the referrer and the referred party upon a successful referral. Fuel vouchers are issued within 30 days of the confirmed completion of onboarding. DeviceSolutions will issue a 1099-NEC form in compliance with IRS regulations if referral rewards exceed $600 in a calendar year. Rewards are not transferable and do not have a monetary value.
Prohibited conduct. Coordinated fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, and referrals to businesses in which the referrer has a financial interest are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all pending rewards.
Program changes. DeviceSolutions.ai retains the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time, providing active participants with a 30-day notice. Prior to the implementation of a program change, referrals that meet the criteria will be acknowledged.
